Does Porcelain Tile Crack Easily?
Hard and densely packed porcelain tiles can withstand heavy loads. In fact, they can be used in commercial areas. However, note that the porcelain tiles’ hardness can make them a bit more brittle than standard tiles, making them prone to cracking.
What Can Damage Porcelain Tile?
Regularly using chemicals that can corrode the tiles’ surface can increase their water absorption and cause damage. Porcelain is stain-resistant. However, you must wipe the stain away, especially from polished benchtops, as quickly as possible. To ensure that the tiles are not stained with red wine, food, other colored beverages, and other stubborn marks, it is best to use warm water and a soft cloth.
How Long Does Porcelain Tile Last?
