We had a great experience at this store. We bought tiles for our 4 bathrooms, laundry room, pantry, 2 fireplaces and all of our hardwood and vinyl. Prices are reasonable and their customer service is great. Dina was amazing and so friendly! She’s very knowledgeable and she offered so many great suggestions to help with our selection. She’s a gem! We also met the owner Steve and he was also great We’ve recommended this place to all our friends and we’ll continue to do so.

Really great selection and people. They have good quality and a wide selection that works for all budgets. All their materials are good quality. Yani was incredibly helpful and helped us make some good decisions for our kitchen and washroom renovations. They have a lot more than tiles, including shower and bath systems and hardware. We found a good quality trough drain here too. We are repeat customers and this was the second time sourcing from this fine business.

They were very helpful to us in planning our shower installation. We bought porcelain tiles and a sliding door, both for a very reasonable price. We are considering a pre-fab floor, which is expensive, but promises better performance than the alternative. I would definitely recommend them highly.

Needed builder tile for a 5 year old home (homeowner had only 41 pieces and I needed about 100). Had no idea what tile it was. The team at Ceramic Tile helped me figure out what the tile was, ordered it in and got me working within 1 business day! Thanks guys!

Knowledgeable staff, family run business, large sample tiles that I could move around to compare different options in the showroom. Got a great deal on some end of stock tiles for a kitchen project and had enough leftover to tile the front hall!

Everyone I’ve dealt with here has made my shopping process enjoyable. They have a great selection of tiles from all the big companies and better prices. Sales staff are willing to work through design ideas with me and can pull out tiles to support my “vision”. Responsive via email, happy to send sample boards home.
